• Responsible for scheduling and assigning physiotherapy and group appointments
• You welcome our patients and handle admission formalities
• You process patient admissions by phone and email
• You handle inquiries in a customer-oriented manner and make clarifications where necessary
• Handling general secretarial tasks and administrative activities rounds off your varied workday
• You work in fixed shifts (no weekends and holidays)

• You have training as a medical secretary, medical practice assistant, or a commercial education and already have professional experience in healthcare and/or health insurance
• Reliable, quality-conscious, and efficient work as well as very good IT skills (MS Office) are among your strengths
• A quick grasp, high concentration ability, and networked thinking are among your strengths
• You prefer a dynamic environment where you can apply your organizational skills
• You are a team player and characterized by good service-oriented communication
• Fluent German and good spoken French and English skills complete your profile
