Your mission: You want to not only coordinate projects but really make a difference?
With us, you lead demanding IT projects in the area of initiatives in Digital Services, work closely with various partners, and actively contribute your ideas – far beyond classic project management.
To strengthen our "Digital Services" team, we are looking for three solution-oriented, implementation-strong, and leadership-competent individuals with many years of experience in large projects, confident communication at the political level, solid ICT and architecture knowledge, as well as methodological skills, starting by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- You lead complex strategic digital projects with a high technology component from idea to implementation and ensure that time, cost, and quality are right.
- In the initialization phase, you develop concepts, structure requirements, and shape concrete project mandates from initial impulses – here you are primarily a consultant, idea generator, and problem solver with solid IT basic knowledge.
- Together with partners from the canton, municipalities, federal government, and private sector, you design future-proof IT solution architectures and align them with long-term goals.
- In the implementation phase, you take over the leadership of interdisciplinary teams in the matrix organization, manage your projects with HERMES, and supplement agile methods if necessary – always with the goal of successfully bringing projects to completion.
- And when it matters, you go into depth, independently formulate solutions, and also contribute operationally.
Your profile:
- You have several years of proven experience in leading complex projects and line management with high result responsibility – ideally in large projects with million budgets.
- You bring solid IT understanding, are familiar with interfaces, databases, and integration architectures.
- University degree (Master) in computer science, business, management, or a comparable field.
- Certifications in project management methods (HERMES, IPMA, Scrum, SAFe) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of tax law is a plus – or you are eager to acquire it.
- You have very good German skills, present yourself convincingly and confidently, and act successfully between stakeholders at various levels.
- You make well-founded decisions thanks to your entrepreneurial mindset and bring a willingness to shape combined with perseverance.
