- Warranty processing through active personal handling and problem solving at dealers on site
- Monitoring of warranty processing regarding deadlines and compensations according to the guidelines of Serco Landtechnik AG
- Processing of technical customer service cases as directed by the head of customer service
- Technical support for dealers and customers
- Document procurement for individual inquiries for the homologation of CLAAS products in consultation with the person responsible for homologations
- Conducting training for dealers and customers as directed by the head of customer service and the team leader of customer service CLAAS
- Basic training as an agricultural machinery, construction machinery, or truck mechanic or other technical training
- Further training as a diagnostic technician, master, technical merchant, or similar
- Native language German or French with good knowledge of the other language
