Full Stack Web Developer as Practical Trainer (m/f/d, 80% – 100%)
Interested in training the next coding elite?
The new Bbc Lab team trains apprentices from the 2nd year onwards and prepares them for their future careers with individual teaching modules or by accompanying them in productive projects.
Help us inspire young IT specialists for their apprenticeship! Accompany the apprentices in the Bbc Lab on their way into the working world, supervise them in productive projects, develop learning modules, conduct them, and further develop them. You challenge and support the apprentices individually, recognize strengths and resources, and use these to support their personal development.
From fundamental technologies like HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and (No)SQL to modern frameworks like Angular, React, Spring Boot, or PHP Symfony, up to state-of-the-art tools like GitLab, Docker, Azure, Google Cloud Platform – the broad tech and tool stack creates an environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and technical excellence for both apprentices and you.
Do you have your own ideas on how to make the training even more exciting, future-oriented, or simply better overall? We offer you plenty of creative freedom.
Do these statements apply to you?
- You enjoy working in an environment where young people and their individual development are at the center.
- You use your people and soft skills to inspire others and support them in solving their own challenges.
- You have several years of professional experience as a web developer.
- You feel comfortable with the web technologies mentioned above or have excellent knowledge in a comparable background.
- You like experimenting with new technologies, languages, and frameworks.
- You know the tools and methodological approach to systematically narrow down and solve application problems.
- You speak, read, and write fluent German.
- You have a winning personality and sensitivity in dealing with your fellow human beings.
These tasks await you
- As a team companion in the Bbc Lab, supervise a team of aspiring software developers from the 2nd year onwards and accompany them through modules, projects up to the final apprenticeship project (IPA), thus guiding them through one of the most important parts of their professional life.
- Pass on your expertise in project management as well as in web and software development technologies to young IT specialists in training.
- Design new training modules and challenges. Plan the associated development steps and realize content that makes you proud.
- Make the daily work of Bbc employees easier by advancing our digitization tools, coordinating requirements directly with them, and implementing resulting projects.
What do you get with us?
With us, you will find a dynamic environment where new ideas are welcome and you have real co-determination. We work in a self-organized structure and maintain a corporate culture characterized by continuous development and mutual appreciation.
We value work-life balance, offer flexible working time models, and up to 7 weeks of vacation per calendar year.
In addition to fair employment conditions, modern infrastructure, and attractive training opportunities, we offer you a motivated and experienced team that wants to enable young professionals to enter the working world with modern and high-quality training.
We see programming as a craft, believe in clean code and agile software development. Choose your development environment yourself: Whether you like compiling kernel modules, are a PowerShell pro, or prefer apples, it doesn't matter.
