As a Industrialization Manager Zurzach you will:
Report to the General Manager of Zurzach site. He/She will lead, manage and coordinate operational aspects for the Entry Into Service and beyond, of MRO activities on PW4000 engines.
Define in alignment with the OEM and main line, the required toolings & equipment; initiate and monitore the related CAPEX activities together with the Procurement Organization; define and initiate the logistic setup implementation; initiate and supervise the training of staff in collaboration with Human Resources and Operational Quality.
Moreover, he/she will support the definition and implementation of processes that fulfill the related operational requirements to ensure OEM and aiworthiness authority approvals for MRO work on PW4000 engines.
Once the industrialization phase completed, he/she will continue to ensure optimal engines operations and productivity on the topics above and any additional ones that might be allocated to him/her during the industrialization phase.

Your tasks
To develop the technology transfer plan in line with the budget and strategy for the Zurzach site.
To contribute to the introduction of MRO capabilities on PW4000 engine models.
To interface with the main line operations team, and ensure compliance to the OEM requirements, in particular for the PW4000 DAT services related tooling & equipment, including local manufacturing
In collaboration with Logistics, to define and implement the logistic setup for the PW4000 operations
In collaboration with Procurement, initiate, monitor and ensure on-time delivery of tooling & equipment. Upon delivery, ensure proper record of tooling & equipment in SR Technics ERP system
To align training plan, tooling & equipment requirements, with the Legacy Engines organisation to ensure commonality, efficiency and use of best practices across both the “Legacy” (CFM56 & PW4000) and “New” engines organisations
To guarantee quality of training performed in accordance with all applicable SR Technics, Airworthiness Authorities and OEM rules and regulations at all times
To apply LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies to achieve all targets
To drive efficiency improvement processes and projects
Your Profile
Technical and/or commercial (Bachelor / Master degree)
Advanced management and/or leadership education desired
More than 5 years of MRO / Production environment experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
Advanced ERP / SAP know-how/skills
Proven track record Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma / CI application)
Proficiency in English as a must, and ideally in German as well - level C2
