• You are responsible for the personnel, professional, and financial management as well as the further development of the St. Gallen branch (35 employees)
• You ensure personnel planning and recruitment as well as employee promotion and development
• You have overall responsibility for the market-compliant management of the entire real estate portfolio and for implementing the customer strategy
• You acquire new mandates and proactively maintain your customer contacts
• You design, control, and accompany transformation processes
• You promote cross-departmental collaboration and optimize service delivery processes
• You create a good atmosphere as a role model, characterized by openness, dialogue, customer orientation, as well as shared success and responsibility
• You prepare concepts, analyses, and reports and participate in cross-branch major projects

• You have advanced training in real estate, business administration, or a similar field
• You have many years of professional experience in real estate management or a similar function
• You think and act entrepreneurially and convince with your goal orientation and quality awareness
• You have a proven track record in successfully implementing and accompanying transformation processes
• You lead your team with empathy, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness
• You enjoy shaping Livit and win others over with your solutions and persuasive skills
