Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the personnel, professional, and financial management as well as the further development of the St. Gallen branch (35 employees)
- You ensure personnel planning and recruitment as well as employee promotion and development
- You have overall responsibility for the market-compliant management of the entire real estate portfolio and for implementing the customer strategy
- You acquire new mandates and proactively maintain your customer contacts
- You design, control, and accompany transformation processes
- You promote cross-departmental collaboration and optimize service delivery processes
- You create a good atmosphere as a role model, characterized by openness, dialogue, customer orientation, as well as shared success and responsibility
- You prepare concepts, analyses, and reports and participate in cross-branch major projects
Your Profile
- You have advanced training in real estate, business administration, or a similar field
- You have many years of professional experience in real estate management or a similar function
- You think and act entrepreneurially and convince with your goal orientation and quality awareness
- You have a proven track record in successfully implementing and accompanying transformation processes
- You lead your team with empathy, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness
- You enjoy shaping Livit and win others over with your solutions and persuasive skills
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and bring experience in acquisition and customer care
- You possess self-learning competence and gladly promote cross-departmental knowledge exchange
