As a foreman, you are right in the middle with us: You lead, plan, decide – and at the same time are part of a team that pitches in and sticks together.
Here is what you will do
You independently manage the handling of diverse wood construction projects – from shell construction to interior finishing
You plan the construction process, lead our carpenters, and keep an overview of materials, personnel, and schedules
You take over the AVOR (work preparation), handle offers, calculate projects, and keep costs and quality under control
Of course, you also pay attention to safety – that simply belongs to it for you
These are your skills and strengths
- You have training as a carpenter EFZ and ...
- ... ideally further training as a wood construction foreman – or bring comparable experience
- You enjoy leading people, think ahead, plan, and calculate gladly
