Your tasks

Lead, coach and develop a team of technicians in daily engine shop operations.

Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards.

Secure high-quality workmanship in line with OEM, regulatory and internal procedures.

Plan and allocate resources effectively (shifts, vacation, onboarding and qualification).

Monitor performance and promote accountability, continuous improvement and Lean/5S.

Coordinate disassembly, assembly, inspection and handover activities with Planning, Engineering and Quality.

Oversee shop floor documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Your Profile

5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.

5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician.

Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality.

Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems. Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.

English B2+ (German is a plus).
