Your tasks
- Lead, coach and develop a team of technicians in daily engine shop operations.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards.
- Secure high-quality workmanship in line with OEM, regulatory and internal procedures.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively (shifts, vacation, onboarding and qualification).
- Monitor performance and promote accountability, continuous improvement and Lean/5S.
- Coordinate disassembly, assembly, inspection and handover activities with Planning, Engineering and Quality.
- Oversee shop floor documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Your Profile
- 5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
- 5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality.
- Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems. Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.
- English B2+ (German is a plus).
