To work in collaboration with the dentist in several dental clinics:
What you will be expected to do:
- Chairside assistance to a specialist dental surgeon
- Preparation of therapeutic procedures
- Oral hygiene instruction
- Sterilization and taking radiographs
- Training apprentices for the specialty
- Ordering specific materials for the specialty
- Managing the dentist's schedule and appointment booking
- Handling administrative files (disability insurance, social insurance, LaMal, etc.)
- Preparing and presenting quotes and explanations to patients
- Monitoring ongoing treatments
- Federal diploma as dental assistant, or Sefri recognition with radiology
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Interest and experience in surgery
- Excellent presentation, smiling, dynamic, and flexible
- Organized, versatile, punctual, and autonomous person
- Ease in human relations and patient service
- Proficiency in Dentagest software
- Good command of common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Perfect mastery of French
- Knowledge of English is an asset
