Your role – technical & human

Supervise and lead a team of 5 screw machinists

Ensure production and quality on a fleet of 6 CNC machines (Tornos Nano 4, Nano 7, EvoDéco 10)

Actively participate in adjustments, fine-tuning, and program optimization

Guarantee respect for deadlines, quality, and productivity

Train, support, and develop the skills of your team

Your profile – precise & committed

Training in mechanics, screw machining, or equivalent

Proven experience in CNC screw machining, ideally in the watchmaking sector

Excellent mastery of Tornos machines (Nano and EvoDéco)

Natural leadership, organizational skills, and a taste for teamwork

Rigor, autonomy, and analytical mindset
