About the job

The Office for Urban Development is responsible for the further development of living and residential spaces, the business location, as well as the Smart City. We are guided by the principles of sustainable development. In this diverse interface role, you will work closely with internal and external partners immediately or by arrangement, support an interdisciplinary team in managing larger projects, and contribute to effectively implementing innovation and economic topics.

Your Tasks

Organization and coordination of stakeholder management for the economy: handling company inquiries, organizing and implementing maintenance, organizing economic events, etc.

Participation in the implementation of measures of the economic strategy (e.g., profiling of workplace areas, building urban interest representation)

Support and implementation of the Smart City strategy and operational management of the innovation program: including support of innovation projects, participation in the WinLab program, planning and conducting innovation workshops

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) with a focus on business administration, communication sciences, or related disciplines

Professional experience and knowledge in (agile) project management

Communicative personality with confident demeanor and strong service and solution orientation

Initial experience in applying and moderating innovation methods
(Design Thinking, Service Design)

Initiative, eager to learn, and flexible personality

Enjoyment of fact-based, agile working methods and affinity for data
