The Property Management department is responsible for the properties not used by the cantonal administration itself.

Your tasks:

Independent management of a demanding, heterogeneous real estate portfolio. This may include residential and commercial properties, historical buildings, and castles.
Care of tenants including tenant communication and correspondence in stylish German
Collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers

Your profile:

Completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma
Several years of professional experience in property management, ideally with mixed portfolios
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
Very good MS Office skills
Experience with REM or Garaio REM is an advantage
Customer-oriented personality with high social competence and negotiation skills
