As Sustainability Manager in the High Voltage Products domain, you will lead the sustainability function and initiatives that align environmental objectives with business goals. How you’ll make an impact

• Lead the sustainability function in high voltage products 
• Lead and manage a sustainability team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies tailored to high-voltage products and technologies
• Collaborate and coordinate with other sustainability functions across company
• Drive ESG initiatives across production, supply chain, and product lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate eco-design and circular economy principles
• Oversee carbon footprint assessments and energy efficiency programs across Business unit
• Prepare and present sustainability reports and disclosures (e.g., CSRD, GRI, TCFD)
• Engage with the customers and partners to support their sustainability targets.  
• Conduct internal training and awareness programs on sustainability topics
• Represent the company in industry forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements

Your background

• Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Material Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability roles, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sectors
• Proven expertise in sustainability strategies for high-voltage products
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, environmental compliance, and reporting standards
• Experience with material compliance, EU Taxonomy, life cycle assessments (LCA), carbon accounting, and energy management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Strong communication skills in English
