• You develop, operate, and optimize database functions, procedures, and processes around our new real estate ERP system G-REM from the company GARAIO REM.

• You work on the migration and redevelopment of various database artifacts as part of the replacement of our previous real estate ERP system REM.
• You actively support automation in the database and application environment, thus making an important contribution to the further digitalization of Livit.
• You are co-responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and further developing the existing database services and all associated components.
• You analyze issues and implement measures in the database area, thereby contributing to the continuous development of our IT landscape.
• You work closely with internal departments and ensure that database solutions are optimally aligned with business processes.
• You bring in your own ideas and actively shape the further development of our database strategy.

• You have a completed degree in computer science and bring several years of software development experience in various technologies.

• You know the PostgreSQL database as a developer and ideally also as a database administrator.
• You have several years of experience in database development (stored procedures, SQL scripts, and SQL jobs) in the context of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server (T-SQL).
• You have practical experience with development tools such as Git, SSMS, DBeaver, RedGate Toolbelt, Visual Studio, and Confluence/JIRA Cloud.
• You speak fluent German (native language) and have good English skills.
• You are characterized by an independent working style, initiative, and strong personal responsibility.
• Ideally, you bring experience in the real estate industry as well as knowledge of the standard software G-REM from GARAIO REM.
