About the job
We are not looking for small numbers, but great talents. If you enjoy working in a team and close to the customer, then we should get to know each other. Fiduciary, auditing, and consulting have made us big in Switzerland. But not too big. We are Balmer-Etienne. We see things a little differently.
For our location in Lucerne, we are looking for reinforcement in guest & location service immediately or by arrangement. The assignment is primarily planned for the days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Within these days, the workload can be flexibly distributed during our opening hours. We welcome additional availability for holiday cover.

- You shape a respectful, professional atmosphere at the location with your attitude and actively contribute to a service-oriented culture.
- You contribute to the well-kept and inviting design of our location – from the customer zone to the office to loving details like flowers and order.
- You are the first point of contact for location-related concerns of our employees and find pragmatic, solution-oriented answers in everyday life.
- You coordinate local services such as facility management and, if necessary, internal incoming and outgoing mail.
- You participate in onboarding processes, accompany new employees at the start, and support a positive and appreciative integration into the company.
Your profile EXCITES because you…
- have a basic education in the service sector (e.g., gastronomy, hospitality, or retail)
- combine service and customer orientation with genuine hospitality mentality and enjoy dealing with people
- act responsibly, flexibly, and reliably and keep an overview even in lively situations
- work structured, precisely, and independently and have solid MS Office skills (Outlook, MS Teams, Word)
- express yourself confidently in German and ideally also bring French or English skills
