Your Tasks
- Implementation of nursing measures and digital documentation of care processes
- Medication management: Control and monitoring of medication and monitoring of possible side effects
- Contact person for patients (m/f/d) and their relatives (m/f/d)
- Participation in team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement of care quality
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Ideally, you have further specialist training or relevant professional experience in trauma surgery
- Sound expertise in monitoring and treating patients (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a high degree of empathy in dealing with patients (m/f/d) and relatives (m/f/d)
