The canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden has developed very positively economically in recent years. Besides well-known companies, «hidden champions» sell their products and services worldwide. Skilled workers find attractive jobs, entrepreneurs benefit from good framework conditions. Strong employment growth and promising company start-ups are evidence of this.
Many graduates of vocational additional training, universities of applied sciences or universities seek their first employer far from home. However, after the «years of apprenticeship and travel», topics such as professional future, family or future place of residence become increasingly important. The event impuls2025 aims to inform about the professional and economic perspectives in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden against this background.
We invite young «professionals» who are considering taking a step towards self-employment in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden now or in the near future or who are interested in job opportunities as specialists and executives in a company in the canton.

The impuls2025 event aims to motivate people between 25 (born 2000) and 35 years old (born 1990) with higher education or a professional or university degree with work experience to become entrepreneurial in Appenzell Innerrhoden or to fill an executive position.
