Mission
- You are responsible for the real estate portfolio for all properties owned by COOP in the Romandy region
- You develop management and rental concepts and act as an important contact person for our clientele, partner companies, and internal services
- You ensure with your team the technical, rental, and administrative management of the portfolio, which includes shops, apartments, offices, and logistics companies
- You professionally and personally supervise 5 employees within the management and FM team
- You assume a co-responsibility for strategic and operational real estate development and marketing
Required Skills
- Higher education in real estate management, e.g. Higher Diploma in Property Management, or holder of a degree in business management
- Fluent in French and German, at least at B2 level
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Commitment and competence in close collaboration with clients and employees
- Strong negotiation skills with authorities, tenants, and owners
