- Assuming direct leadership responsibility for a defined number of employees
- Ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-oriented operation of the ward, in collaboration with the ward management
- Monitoring the economical use of resources
- Taking over the duties of the ward management in their absence
- Occasional creation of the duty roster in the personnel deployment system (PEP)
- Professional and individual patient care as a contact person
- Active interprofessional collaboration
You
- Have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Have already gained initial leadership experience
- Have several years of professional experience in the acute sector in Switzerland
- Are open and motivated for new challenges
- Maintain a respectful, appreciative, and motivating interaction with patients, relatives, and the team
- Independent, resilient, responsible, and service-oriented personality
- Are a constructive personality and enjoy working actively in a dynamic environment
- Possess excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
