What you will do here
- Operationally support the implementation of the Movetia/Erasmus+ mobility programs
- Advise and support the departmental International Offices on questions of internationalization and mobility
- Apply for, manage, and settle mobility funding
- Support the maintenance of international university partnerships and provide general leadership support
- Further develop the mobility software MoveOn
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed commercial or administrative training (KV EFZ or equivalent), Bachelor degree from a University of Applied Sciences is an advantage
- Professional experience in an International Office of a Swiss university as well as international experience
- Knowledge and experience in the mobility funding programs SEMP and Erasmus+ and their implementation at a university
- Knowledge and experience in digitalization issues of mobility funding programs (EWP) as well as handling MoveOn or comparable mobility software
- Committed personality with an independent and reliable working style
