Nurse for the Pool
Your mission
- Ensure patient care by providing autonomous nursing care with a focus on safety, efficiency, and comfort
 - Perform delegated medical acts and master the technical gestures that result from them
 - Actively participate in the evaluation, analysis of clinical situations, and development of care plans
 - Guarantee the effectiveness of therapeutic projects by integrating the requirements of interdisciplinary work into your daily practice
 - Ensure good information and quality reception of patients and their relatives
 - Be proactive and ensure initiatives to improve the efficiency of care
 - Apply and enforce hospital hygiene and safety rules in force within the institution
 
Your assets
You hold a HES diploma in general care (or an equivalent recognized title). Proactive by nature, your technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills allow you to provide quality care. Equipped with good communication skills, you have a strong interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and demonstrate speed and precision in performing your tasks. For this position, an excellent command of French (spoken and written) as well as computer skills are essential.
Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon.
