In this role, you take on a central function as a Marketing & Communication Specialist for AXA Asset Management and additionally support Sales & Relationship Management in selected topics.
Marketing & Communication
- Conceptualization, implementation, and management of marketing and communication campaigns (blogs, LinkedIn, advertorials, content marketing, direct marketing activities, research).
- Planning, organizing, and conducting events for institutional clients (social and specialist events).
- Responsibility for the content and further development of the AXA Asset Management website.
- Ensuring that all activities are aligned with AXA's strategy & goals.
- Creation and updating of marketing and sales materials (presentations, factsheets, argumentation).
Strategic Topics & Projects
- Participation in important marketing and growth projects, especially around asset management and pension provision.
- Market & competitor monitoring, identification of relevant trends and insights.
Sales Support
- Support for Institutional Sales in customer and sales campaigns, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Maintenance of the CRM tool (segmentation, data quality, customer communication).
- Preparation of customer analyses and sales reports.
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Higher education (FH/University) in marketing, communication, or business.
- Several years of professional experience in marketing/communication – mandatory in asset management, financial services, or pension provision.
- Several years of experience in campaign management, content creation, and event organization.
- Several years of experience in investment and pension topics as well as experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a flair for clear, target group-oriented storytelling in the investment environment.
- Reliable personality with a pronounced talent for organization.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive thinking; high self-motivation and team orientation.
- Fluent in German; French and/or English are an advantage.
