MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST (ALL) 100%

With a clearly structured training plan, you will be gradually introduced to your tasks with us.

• Start with simple inspection and maintenance work on rail vehicles
• Gradually take over revisions, repairs, and maintenance work
• Introduction to testing brake systems, running gear, and wheelsets
• Learn measurement and documentation of vehicle components
• Deepen inspection and revision of superstructures, underframes, as well as fittings and valves
• With growing experience, participate in process improvements according to Lean Management

• You bring motivation, manual skills, and joy of learning
• A basic technical education is an advantage but not a must (e.g., polymechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics EFZ, or similar professions)
• First experience in an industrial environment is helpful but not a requirement – we will train you
• You are reliable, flexible, and enjoy working in a team
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
