Your Tasks
- Assisting in various housing offers by supporting residents in their daily lives and personal competence development
- Designing and implementing the internal daily structure
- Planning and conducting leisure activities
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in care or as a health specialist
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities

- Monthly work schedule with fixed shifts in the previously assigned residential group according to the contractually agreed workload
