What you will achieve:
- Management of the operations workforce with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and scalability
- Development, implementation, and operation of a digital deployment planning for the entire operations to replace manual planning processes
- Product ownership for Genesys including further development of routing, deployment planning, and cross-channel control
- Analysis of capacities, utilization, skills, and performance as a solid basis for decision-making for management and operations
Why you will succeed:
- Very good (technical) university degree with a focus on economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in comparable projects or functions in operations or workforce environments
- Product owner experience, ideally with platforms or control systems
- Great passion and strong understanding of operations and their processes, with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- High analytical competence, structured working style, and ability to translate data into effective measures
