What you will achieve:

Management of the operations workforce with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and scalability
Development, implementation, and operation of a digital deployment planning for the entire operations to replace manual planning processes
Product ownership for Genesys including further development of routing, deployment planning, and cross-channel control
Analysis of capacities, utilization, skills, and performance as a solid basis for decision-making for management and operations

Why you will succeed:

Very good (technical) university degree with a focus on economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in comparable projects or functions in operations or workforce environments
Product owner experience, ideally with platforms or control systems
Great passion and strong understanding of operations and their processes, with a pronounced hands-on mentality
High analytical competence, structured working style, and ability to translate data into effective measures
