We are currently looking for a Shift Team Lead Quality Control at the Visp location.

As Shift Team Lead Quality Control, you will work in a 4-shift system and lead and manage an assigned shift team. Other tasks include:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for safe and correct execution of work by your team in compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Responsible for proper shift handover
• Responsible for onboarding and development of new team members
• Independent execution, especially of time-critical IPC analyses, but also products, lab samples, etc. (GC, HPLC, Titration UV, pH, etc.)
• Regulatory-compliant documentation of results according to internal, ISO, and GMP guidelines
• Simple troubleshooting and control of analytical instruments

Qualifications and experience:

• You have experience in team leadership.
• You have completed vocational training.
• You are a team player, responsible, resilient, communicative, and have a sense for safe, precise, and efficient work in a laboratory
• You have a high awareness of safety and quality and an efficient working style
• You have good comprehension, work independently, and reliably
• You are confident in using PC and standard software.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, basic English skills are a plus.
• Experience in analytics is an advantage.
