Tasks
During your 12-month assignment, you will acquire all the basics of network planning as well as performance management.
Additionally:
- You plan, optimize, and further develop the Edelweiss route network, the production offer, and the destination portfolio
- You actively accompany the monitoring, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of the performance of all commercial areas
- You support the development, preparation, and automation of comprehensive and consistent standard and management reports
- The analysis, interpretation, and presentation of commercially relevant KPIs as well as the generation of data-driven insights are also part of your tasks

Requirements
We are looking for an independent, flexible, and communicative personality with strong teamwork skills and a completed degree in economics, aviation management, tourism, or similar.
You also bring:
- Strong analytical skills, a flair for numbers, and precise working methods are a must
- High reliability and a strong service orientation characterize you
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form as well as good Microsoft 365 user skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
