Our hospital in Schiers is a modern acute care hospital providing basic care with an interdisciplinary ward with 41 beds for the clinics of surgery, medicine, gynecology, and obstetrics, an outpatient day clinic, the emergency department, and the certified Intermediate Care Station (IMC).

Your responsibilities include:
› Caring for and supporting medical, surgical, and gynecological patients in our interdisciplinary department
› The nursing process forms the basis for professional care and you manage this process
› Responsibility for the nursing process
› Providing appropriate nursing quality with corresponding responsibility and competencies
› Responsibility for implementing competent nursing and care, taking into account modern nursing and treatment concepts as well as nursing standards
› Instructing and accompanying trainees, students, and interns as the daily reference person
Your profile:
› Completed basic training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
› Professional experience in acute care, especially in surgery and medicine
› Resilient and flexible personality willing to take on the challenges in healthcare and nursing development
› High social and professional competence with commitment to constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration
