For our small finance team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Accounting Clerk 50%.
The position is designed for a long-term workload of 50%. In an introductory and transition phase until October 2026, an increased workload of 70% is planned to ensure the setup and support of the introduction of a digital workflow.
You are responsible for the following main tasks
- Responsible for the ongoing processing of accounts payable bookings
- Booking of expenses and credit card statements
- Execution and monitoring of payment runs
- Booking of incoming and outgoing payments
- Reconciliation of bank and clearing accounts
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Support in accounts receivable accounting as well as dunning and collection processes
- General administrative tasks in the finance area
- Clarifications with internal departments and suppliers
- Identification and optimization of processes to increase efficiency and improve quality
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) supplemented by further training as a financial and accounting clerk or comparable further training
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a large SME
- Proficient handling of ERP systems (Abacus or SAP)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- Service-oriented, team-capable and reliable personality
- Efficient, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high quality awareness
- Enjoy working with various internal and external stakeholders
- Openness to digital developments and willingness to actively participate in process optimizations
