Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting residents according to the care concept
- Performing administrative tasks including reporting
- Establishing contact with external institutions such as legal guardians, cost carriers, referrers, courts, and probation officers
- Participating in the processing of admission requests
- Collaborating in cross-facility working groups
Your Profile
- Social Worker (m/f/d) or Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) (Dipl./B.A./M.A.)
- An appreciative basic attitude
- Experience in dealing with mentally ill/addicted people is desirable
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
- Knowledge of the Social Code Book (SGB)
- IT skills
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts)
