Your tasks
- Psychiatric care within the framework of the care process and a patient-oriented care system
- Preparation and implementation of individual care planning/application of nursing diagnoses
- Fully digitized professional management of patient documentation
- Targeted patient observation, social training, and promotion of everyday skills
- Implementation of individual and group nursing offers
- Adequate crisis intervention
- Participation in the development and implementation of the structured weekly plan
- Participation in patient meetings, case discussions, staff meetings, ward rounds, and supervisions
- Implementation of internal standards and guidelines
- Loyal and multiprofessional collaboration with the team, ward management, and the management of the addiction medicine center
- Consideration of operational processes taking into account quality requirements
Your profile
- Successfully completed training in nursing (e.g., as nursing assistant (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d))
- High level of social competence as well as an appreciative basic attitude
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor towards patients (m/f/d), their relatives or reference persons, and representatives of other institutions
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, willingness to cooperate, and commitment
- Identification with the goals of the hospital
