About the job
Cooking with ambition - without burnout
We are a 13 Gault Millau point establishment with strong roots.
To strengthen our kitchen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a junior cook who wants to take responsibility and enjoys clean work.
Your tasks
- Independently managing your own station
- Mis-en-place & assisting with inventory organization
- Deputizing for the sous-chef in their absence
- Teamwork on equal footing - we work with each other, not against each other
What you bring
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ or equivalent professional experience
- Clean, structured working method
- Willingness to learn & sense of responsibility
- Team spirit & resilience
- Good knowledge of German
