About the job

Our company specializes in various types of fiber optic installations as part of nationwide fiber optic expansion in Switzerland. To strengthen our installation team, we are looking for a Construction Manager FTTB/FTTS immediately or by arrangement.
With experience in copper/fiber optic splicing technology Your field of activity
In this varied profession, you take responsibility for several FTTS/B installation teams regarding customer satisfaction, costs, and quality. As a specialist in copper and fiber optic splicing within the scope of FTTB/S installations, you are able to manage and supervise all process steps from AVOR through execution to high-quality acceptance, taking into account internal process and performance specifications. Furthermore, you take care of the professional instruction and training of employees. To ensure an efficient process flow, you conduct resource planning concerning personnel and materials. Your financial responsibility includes the correct recording of all services provided. The work locations range between the greater Zurich area, eastern, and southeastern Switzerland. Your profile
- Preferably trained as a network electrician, electrical installer, or assembly electrician

High professional knowledge in copper/fiber optic splicing
Professional experience as a Construction Manager FTTB/FTTS
Very good knowledge of German
Driver's license category B
Customer-oriented, reliable, independent, resilient, team player, and punctual
