Head: Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy 80% - 100%
for the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy department in the acute hospital, outpatient therapies, and rehabilitation.Your Challenge
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of physiotherapy and occupational therapy
- Professional and personnel management of an interdisciplinary team of 25 employees (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, MTT, fitness area, secretariat)
- Ensuring and further developing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services
- Organization and optimization of processes in outpatient and inpatient care, as well as our musculoskeletal and internal-oncological rehabilitation ward with 16 beds
- Close collaboration with doctors, nursing, case management, and other internal as well as external partners
- Responsibility for budget, resource planning, and quality assurance
- Promotion of employees through coaching, further training, and development opportunities
- Participation in projects as well as active shaping of the hospital's rehabilitation strategy
- Participation in physiotherapeutic treatments of patients in the inpatient and outpatient acute area, as well as in rehabilitation
- Participation in interdisciplinary medical rounds on the acute and rehabilitation wards
Your Profile
- Completed training in physiotherapy
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition must already be available, as a professional practice permit is required for this function in the canton of Schwyz
- Several years of professional experience in the acute or rehabilitation sector and leadership experience are an advantage
- Sound knowledge in therapy, rehabilitation, and quality management
- High social competence, empathy, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the tariff structure KVG/UVG
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in further developing the specialist area
