Your tasks

• Maintenance and support of existing customers, explanation of our service offerings on site at the customer, managing customer inquiries, orders, returns, and complaints
• Checking and managing all important documents and punctuality for new deliveries
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces and other Elis locations
• Maintenance of our customer data in the CRM system
• Looking beyond the horizon: participation in the continuous improvement of our customer service

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in customer service or a service-oriented function
• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
• Good MS Office skills and IT affinity (CRM systems are an advantage)
• Confident German language skills, French and English skills are an advantage
• Willingness for occasional on-site customer appointments
• Independent, solution-oriented, and friendly working style
