Your tasks

• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify customer needs and relevant trends in the product market
• Lead internal development projects derived from these insights for the standard product portfolio
• Coordinate between Marketing, Sales, R&D, Production, and Service during new developments and product modifications
• Plan and coordinate internal and external product requirements and improvement requests
• Develop requirement specifications (specification sheets) as a basis for product development
• Ensure proper product documentation and knowledge management within the company (e.g., sales materials, data sheets, training materials, technical documentation, sales argumentation tools, etc.)
• Maintain regular communication with our subsidiaries and key representatives
• Monitor price and cost developments of machines and systems, and initiate corrective actions when necessary
• Maintain ERP master data for machines, systems, and options
• Drive standardization efforts and define new standards

Your expertise

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Further education in a technical or commercial field at university of applied sciences (FH/HF) or federal diploma (FA) level
• At least 5 years of professional experience; experience in the machinery and/or packaging industry is an advantage
• Excellent IT user skills (MS Office, ERP systems, social media)
• Excellent command of German and English; additional languages are an asset
