Junior Property Manager 80-100% (m/f)

In this role, you will independently manage a portfolio of rental properties as well as smaller condominium communities. You will take on a versatile and responsible role with a high degree of autonomy.

Your main tasks:

• Independent commercial and technical management of a diverse, mixed property portfolio
• Active vacancy management and professional execution of rental processes
• Creation, review, adjustment, and administration of rental contracts and related documents
• Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
• Preparation, organisation, leadership, and minute-taking of smaller condominium owners' meetings and committee meetings
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• Competent contact person for owners, caretakers, craftsmen, insurers, and authorities
• Assumption of general administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in property management
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of Rimo R5
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Resilient, service-oriented personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team player, responsible, and professional appearance
• Driving licence category B
