Glas Trösch AG HY-TECH-GLASS in Bützberg is one of the specialists within our group for the production of complex glass products of the highest quality. The heart of the operation is a magnetron sputtering system. Plasma coatings are used to produce anti-reflective and reflective layers - glass solutions for technical applications and the automotive sector.

Maintenance Mechanic 80 - 100%

At our plant in Bützberg, you are part of a team that is among the best in the industry. You take on responsibility and continuously develop yourself.

Your tasks include:

Maintenance, repair, and servicing of production equipment and machines
Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting
Ensuring machine availability and reducing downtime
Planning and carrying out preventive maintenance measures
Supporting the optimization of production processes

You bring with you:

You are a real doer who likes to get involved and convinces with technical expertise. You are eager for responsibility and a role that offers both variety and opportunities for further training. You are characterized by:

Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, mechatronics technician, polymechanic, or in a similar field
Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
A high degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills
Technical understanding and manual dexterity, combined with a solution-oriented mindset
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
