• You coach and lead a team at our location in Burgdorf
• You are responsible for promoting and further developing your employees as well as a positive performance culture to ensure team success
• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the private and business customer segment
• You maintain long-term customer relationships in the region and sustainably expand them
• You are co-responsible for the further development of the entire Emmental region

• You have several years of professional experience in banking with further education at HF or FH level
• You bring pronounced leadership skills
• You are a convincing and inspiring personality with good communication and motivation skills
• You think entrepreneurially and act networked
• You enjoy direct customer contact and like to maintain sustainable customer relationships

• Promotion of your individual development needs, both in terms of time and finances
