Skills
- Abgeschlossene Informatik-Lehre oder erste Berufserfahrung im ICT-Support.
- Freude an Kommunikation und technische Inhalte verständlich vermitteln.
- Interesse an Microsoft 365, Intune, und modernen Supportprozessen.

ICT Support Person (m/f/d) 80 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Introduction to the HelpDesk and first point of contact for users
Processing support requests in the area of accounts & identity (password resets,
user management, group assignments)
Support with device management and Intune (Autopilot deployments, app installations,
device compliance, printer setups)
Support for network and classroom topics (basic WLAN checks, projector/panel/audio,
replacement devices)
Complete recording of all contacts in the ticket system including categorization, prioritization, and
escalation
Active communication with users about status, solutions, and next steps
Instruction of users on self-service, support hours, and maintenance windows
(Willingness to travel to the various schools in Uster for ICT support)
Promoting transparent communication within the ICT team and with the
school administrations
Documentation of solutions and knowledge sharing within the team
Participation in exciting ICT projects, e.g., in the area of restructuring and automation of processes
Your profile
Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ specialization in business informatics, supporter, or comparable) or initial professional experience in ICT support
ICT professionals are also welcome
We are very happy to accept graduates - even without extensive practical experience
Enjoy communication and working with people - you can convey technical content clearly, friendly, and understandably
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Interest in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows clients, Windows servers, and modern
support processes
Experience in the school environment is an advantage
