The Grand Age Pole of the Eben-Hézer Foundation includes five medical-social establishments and several medical-social reception structures (SAMS). This Pole offers services related to the elderly, including long-term accommodation, advanced age psychiatry, short stays, day care (CAT), sheltered apartments, and the production kitchen of the Bonnettes. To complete our teams, we are looking for several:
HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT RED CROSS
Your essential role is to facilitate the lives of residents!
Your tasks will be organized around support and substitution in the daily activities of the residents (getting up, meals, toilets, dressing, mobilization), as well as relational support and assistance (listening, sharing, animation, etc.). You will also participate in the arrangement and hygiene of their environment.
Your profile:
120h certificate Red Cross Switzerland
Minimum two years of experience
Experience or strong interest in psychogeriatrics or geriatrics
Aptitude to work independently, sense of teamwork, versatility
Tolerance and ability to adapt to the resident's living environment
Mastery of French: B2 required
Location 30 min from the workplace
