Your main activities:
- You are in contact with our customers and partners by phone and email
- You are also responsible for daily business, daily planning, and optimal utilization of service technicians
- You also take on administrative and organizational tasks in the back office
- You maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy sustainably
