Your tasks
- Control and coordinate technical service providers (HVAC, hydraulics, fire safety), ensure regular building inspections and ensure compliance with good HSE practices.
- Manage the control schedule, database and monitoring of technical alarms via the supervision system (acknowledgment and doubt clearance).
- Provide daily technical support to clients (ticket management via Planon), ensure SLA follow-up with reporting and contribute to user comfort and well-being.
- Organize, accompany and control the execution of work and maintenance, carry out small maintenance tasks.
- Perform all activities in compliance with safety and environmental rules.
- Participate in the on-call service.
Your profile
- Proven experience in technical concierge or building maintenance, with safety officer training as an asset.
- Rigour, pragmatism, curiosity, strong sense of service and responsibility, while demonstrating versatility, autonomy, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office), very good command of French both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a team, manage priorities and adapt to unforeseen events.
- Category B driving license required.
- Demonstrated reliability: criminal record extract and debt enforcement office certificate.
