About the job

• Responsibility for providing all housekeeping services in several clinic buildings on the Liestal campus
• Personnel management of the 5 team leaders (total employees in the housekeeping area, including trainees approx. 50), including planning, budgeting, training and development of employees
• Coordination and quality assurance of housekeeping services at the various external sites, in cooperation with an external cleaning company
• Ensuring smooth operation in the housekeeping area, including laundry supply, according to applicable quality and hygiene standards
• Procurement, management and operational organization for the housekeeping area
• Ensuring flawless communication within the area as well as cross-departmentally
• Participation in projects and partly project management
• Responsibility for continuous process optimization and further development
• Deputizing for the Head of Housekeeping during their absence

• Completed professional training as a department head in hotel management/housekeeping with a Swiss federal certificate or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form as well as any additional language is an advantage
• Solid PC user skills (Microsoft Office) and ideally Maximo, Campos and PEP
• Enjoy working in a rapidly developing environment
