Deputy Team Leader Bistro 100% (m/f/d)

You are the heart of our bistro and our gas station. You ensure that our guests always feel welcome, the food is fresh and attractively presented, and operations run smoothly – from sales to preparation to the cash register. No day is like the other, and you are right in the middle when it gets busy.

• You actively work in shift operations and ensure a customer-oriented way of working
• You are co-responsible for purchasing goods, inventory management, and pricing of items
• You support the team leader in personnel planning and organizing daily business
• You take on various administrative tasks such as cash register reconciliations and working time controls
• You accompany and support the team leader in managing the modern bistro with integrated gas station

• You have a solid education and several years of professional experience in retail and preferably in gastronomy; commercial knowledge is an advantage
• You have already gained leadership experience in small teams of up to 10 people
• You possess business management thinking and acting
• You have sufficient user knowledge in MS Office and Outlook
• You radiate a positive attitude towards life, enjoy challenges, and have a high willingness to perform
