Dipl. Nurse HF as Case Coordinator (70-100%)

Tasks

• coordinate and organize service delivery internally and externally from admission to discharge
• responsibility for the entire nursing process (nursing diagnosis according to NANDA) as well as electronic nursing documentation
• delegate tasks appropriately according to situation and competence, coach nursing staff in professional matters (daily responsibility)
• participate in the training of future nurses (HF/FaGe)

Your Profile

• Diploma as a nurse HF or equivalent
• high organizational and communication skills
• independent, initiative, sociable and resilient personality
• open to changes and innovations
• experience in needs assessments with InterRai
