- Corporate Volunteering Programme Manager

In order to support the Corporate Volunteering team, we are looking for a new Programme Manager for the "Our Community", "Pintolino" and "The Economy in Practice" programs starting from September 1, 2025 (or to be agreed). In this role, you will report directly to the national management of Corporate Volunteering and work closely with volunteers, schools, and teachers in Romandy. Your responsibilities
- Acquisition of teachers and classes for the Corporate Volunteering programs in Romandy
- Personal supervision and support of volunteers and teachers participating in the programs
- Half-day training for volunteers to prepare them for their intervention
- Presentations in schools
- Writing various documents related to the programs
- Collaboration in the development of the programs and their digitalization Your profile
- Holding a high school/vocational/specialized diploma, and preferably
- Very good command of French (oral and written) and good knowledge of German (oral and written)
- High autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage workload efficiently and flexibly
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, precise and reliable work
- Ease of working in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software We offer
