Your tasks
- You process inquiries, registrations, and changes from employers and insured persons.
- You ensure the annual declaration of wages and check billing documents as well as registrations for care credits.
- You assess and process the annual wage reports and prepare annual / final statements.
- You manage the individual accounts of the insured persons (statements, corrections, and adjustments).
- You provide competent information regarding AHV contribution and billing obligations.
Your skills
- You have a commercial education (EFZ) with professional experience - ideally in social insurance.
- You are characterized by very good oral and written communication skills as well as a high quality awareness.
- You enjoy telephone and written customer contact.
- You have a good grasp, a flair for numbers, interconnected thinking, as well as an independent and efficient working style.
- You have good manners, are conflict- and team-capable, and remain calm even in hectic times.

Wirtschaft Arbeit Soziales is the Lucerne center for social insurances and the labor market. This includes the Lucerne compensation office.
