Your area of responsibility
As a sous chef, you are the right hand of our head chefs and ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly – from à-la-carte and banquet in the restaurants Le Clou and Bären, through the production kitchen to care gastronomy at Landhaus. You actively participate in daily operations, coordinate mise en place and service processes, lead the team in the operation, and represent the head chef in their absence. You always have quality and hygiene (HACCP) under control, keep an eye on goods flow and inventory, and contribute to the further development of recipes, processes, as well as the promotion of employees and trainees. Your workplaces are Neuenegg and Frauenkappelen.
What you bring with you
You have completed training as a cook EFZ and ideally already have experience in a comparable position? You naturally lead, remain calm even in hectic moments, and enjoy strengthening a team – both professionally and personally? You work reliably and cleanly, are team-oriented, and bring initiative and commitment? You enjoy varied assignments and have solid German language skills? Great, then we would like to get to know you.
