Your new workplace

The care center Baar consists of two houses with different departments. In the night shift, you take responsibility for an area assigned to you, either in Geriatrics Departments 1-3 or our dementia departments. If you desire an independent area of responsibility, our offer will suit you.

Your role with us

Assistant Health and Social Care / Care Assistant SRK (Night Shift)

What can you expect from us?

• A comprehensive and good start is important to us; we design the onboarding process accordingly carefully.
• You determine your workload yourself; we are open to offering you a workload of 50 - 100%. Your working hours are from 21:20 to 07:20, including a paid break of one hour.

What does your workday look like?

• You ensure a needs-oriented, professional care and support of our residents at night. You recognize the individual needs of our residents and work in the care process.
• You are independently responsible for an area during the night, being the contact person for residents and relatives. You recognize emergency situations in time and act appropriately.
• The continuous performance recording in the electronic care documentation is also part of your tasks.

What do you bring?

• For this position, you bring a completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care or the course as a Care Assistant SRK.
• A few years of professional experience in a similar position and joy in dealing with elderly people.
• Humor, solution orientation, and passion for the profession complete your profile.
